How to understand the figures from your "download data extract"

Your "download data extract" is all things figures. This will show week by week:

- how many tickets

- what has been raised for causes

- what has been raised for the central fund

- total amount raised

- 50p and 10p split

First things first download your data extract from your dashboard:

Once the spreadsheet downloads, make sure you go to the DRAWS tab. The highlighted cells below will give you an overview of what each column means and you can cross reference this to the download data extract you download from your dashboard.
